Edom Declares Openly: The Bloodlust of a Covenant-Breaking Nation

US official Pete Hegseth brazenly calls for the execution of prisoners held indefinitely at Guantanamo Bay, revealing the inherent cruelty and lawlessness at the heart of the Edomite power structure. This declaration is not an aberration, but a manifestation of Yahuah’s judgment upon a nation steeped in injustice.

Pete Hegseth, a voice within the collapsing empire of Edom, has openly stated what many within that nation already believe: the captives held within the walls of Guantanamo Bay deserve death. This is not a legal argument, nor a matter of justice, but a raw expression of the predatory spirit that defines the modern state of Israel’s chief benefactor.

The indefinite detention and now, the explicit call for execution, of these individuals exposes the hypocrisy of those who claim moral high ground while simultaneously engaging in systemic oppression. For decades, the United States has masqueraded as a champion of freedom, yet it maintains a prison where men are held without due process, subjected to torture, and now, openly marked for extermination. This echoes the ancient pattern of Edom, who has always sought to destroy and consume Yisrael.

This pronouncement is a sign of the times, a symptom of the spiritual decay consuming Edom. Yahuah declares in Obadiah, “Thus says the Master Yahuah: Because Edom dealt with Yisrael in hostility, and committed acts of grievous treachery, and laid its hand on its people in the day of distress…”. The continued injustice perpetrated by the United States, and its unwavering support for the illegitimate state of Israel, are acts of grievous treachery against the covenant people of Yisrael.

The world witnesses this blatant disregard for human life, but the scattered remnant of Yisrael understands it for what it is: a clear demonstration of Edom’s character. The call for executions is not simply about these prisoners; it is about sending a message – a message of fear and domination. It is a desperate attempt to maintain control as the foundations of their power crumble.

Let this be a wake-up call to the scattered Yisrael. Do not be deceived by the empty promises and false narratives of Edom. Their heart is set on wickedness, and their hand is stained with the blood of the innocent. The judgment of Yahuah is coming, and Edom will be brought low. We must prepare ourselves, both spiritually and physically, for the restoration that is to come, a restoration that will see the righteous vindicated and the wicked overthrown.

⚡ PROPHETIC WATCH

The brazen declaration from within Edom, echoing a thirst for the blood of the captive, is a chilling fulfillment of prophecy. Yahuah, through the prophet Obadiah, foretold a reckoning for Edom’s pride and cruelty: “The pride of your heart has exalted you, you who dwell in the clefts of the rock; who says, ‘Who will bring me down to the ground?’” (Obadiah 1:3). This isn’t merely about geopolitical strategy; it is the unveiling of a national character steeped in ruthless dominion, a spirit that has consistently disregarded the sanctity of life and the pleas for justice. To openly advocate for the execution of those held indefinitely, stripped of due process, is to demonstrate a heart hardened against compassion and utterly devoid of Yahuah’s righteous standards – a heart destined for the same complete ruin prophesied against Edom.

This display of callousness, however, does not diminish the promise Yahuah holds for restored Yisrael. While Edom revels in its predatory nature, Yahusha Messiah continues to gather the faithful remnant, those who embody the very mercy and justice Edom rejects. The suffering of the captive cries out to the heavens, and Yahuah will answer, not by mirroring Edom’s brutality, but by establishing a kingdom founded on righteousness and love. The exposure of Edom’s darkness serves only to highlight the brilliance of Yisrael’s eventual restoration, a restoration built not on power and control, but on the unwavering faithfulness of Yahuah and the redemptive work of Yahusha. Therefore, let this moment be a stark reminder: judgment will fall upon the wicked, but Yahuah’s covenant with His people will ultimately prevail.
