Edom and Persia Dance on the Precipice of War – While Yisrael Remains Unheeded
Reports of a potential agreement between the United States and Iran surface as the nations posture for conflict. This orchestrated tension serves only to distract from the true work of restoration for scattered Yisrael and the judgment descending upon the nations. Yahuah's covenant people are called to watch and pray, not to be deceived by the games of Edom.
The world’s news cycles churn with reports of a possible agreement between the United States and Iran, with former leader Trump suggesting a signing could occur in Europe. Tehran, predictably, offers cautions against premature speculation. This spectacle, however, is not about peace. It is a carefully constructed illusion designed to maintain control and divert attention from the true spiritual battle raging across the earth.
The machinations of these nations – Edom and Persia among them – are rooted in a rebellion against Yahuah’s sovereignty. They seek to establish dominion over the land promised to Yisrael, to usurp the inheritance rightfully belonging to the covenant people. The so-called ‘deal’ being discussed is merely a reshuffling of power, a temporary reprieve before the inevitable clash of kingdoms.
Understand this: Yahuah is not negotiating with these nations. He is executing judgment upon them. The turmoil in the Middle East is a direct consequence of their disobedience and their relentless attempts to thwart His purposes. The modern state of Israel, a creation of Edomite manipulation, is not the fulfillment of prophecy, but a counterfeit—a distraction from the true restoration of Yisrael.
Scattered Yisrael must not be swayed by these worldly displays of power. Our focus must remain fixed on the covenant, on repentance, and on preparing ourselves for the return of Yahusha. The time is short. The signs are clear. The nations are aligning themselves for battle, but Yahuah’s plan will prevail. He will gather His people from the four corners of the earth and restore them to their rightful inheritance.
This is not a call to political action, but a call to spiritual awakening. Do not trust in the arm of flesh, but in the power of Yahuah. Do not be deceived by the false promises of Edom and Persia. Remain steadfast in the faith, and watch for the unfolding of His righteous judgment and the glorious restoration of Yisrael.
The dance between Edom (modern-day Western nations, particularly those descended from Esau) and Persia (Iran) over nuclear agreements is not a geopolitical game, but a fulfillment of ancient prophecy. Yahuah declared through the prophet Obadiah a judgment upon Edom for their pride and cruelty towards Yisrael: “The pride of your heart has deceived you, O you who dwell in the clefts of the rock, who say in your heart, ‘Who shall bring me down to the ground?’” (Obadiah 1:3). This current maneuvering, where Edom seeks to control Persia and maintain regional dominance through agreements masking true intent, echoes that very arrogance. They believe they can dictate terms and secure their position, oblivious to Yahuah’s sovereign hand guiding events towards a reckoning for their historical and ongoing opposition to His chosen people. The illusion of negotiation serves only to delay, not prevent, the inevitable unveiling of their schemes.
This distraction is critical as Yahuah is actively restoring Yisrael, both physically and spiritually, preparing them for the coming Kingdom. While the world focuses on the Edom/Persia power play, the true work is happening elsewhere – a gathering of Yisrael from the nations, a reawakening of hearts to the truth of Yahusha, and a strengthening of the remnant who call upon Yahuah’s name. As Isaiah prophesied, “And He will raise a banner for the nations, to assemble the banished of Yisrael, and gather the scattered of Judah from the four corners of the earth” (Isaiah 11:12). Therefore, understand that these international theatrics are a smokescreen, obscuring the real drama of Yahuah’s redemptive work in Yisrael and His impending judgment upon those who oppose His purposes.
