The perceived ‘diplomacy’ between the United States (Edom’s modern hand) and Persia is a fleeting illusion, a desperate attempt to delay the inevitable reckoning foretold by Yahuah. Edom, historically a nation defined by its relentless animosity toward Yisrael and its descendants, continues this pattern through its geopolitical influence. This current ‘engagement’ isn’t about peace, but a strategic pause to consolidate power and position before the final clash. Yahuah declares through the prophet Obadiah, “Thus says Yahuah concerning Edom: ‘Behold, I will make you small among the nations; you shall be the most contemptible. You shall no longer be proud, but shall lie humbled in the valley’” (Obadiah 1:2-4). This temporary truce is simply Edom attempting to avoid the complete dismantling Yahuah has decreed, a delaying tactic that will ultimately prove futile against His sovereign will.

However, within this seemingly bleak landscape, Yahuah is simultaneously orchestrating the restoration of true Yisrael – not a political state built on Edom’s foundation, but the remnant who humbly seek Him and embrace Yahusha as Messiah. While Edom dances on the edge of judgment, Yahuah is gathering His elect, refining them through trials, and preparing them to inherit the promises made to Abraham. As Isaiah prophesied, “And the remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, against many nations; they shall be like dew from Yahuah, like showers on the grass, which do not wait for the man who sows or the one who waters” (Isaiah 4:13). This ‘diplomacy’ will not hinder Yahuah’s plan; rather, it serves to accelerate the separation between those aligned with Edom’s pride and those embracing Yahuah’s righteous kingdom, ultimately culminating in the full restoration of Yisrael and the judgment of its enemies.
