Babylon's Bureaucracy Crumbling: Social Security System Reveals Its Own Decay
The so-called 'improvements' at the Social Security Administration are merely cosmetic bandages on a system built on the shifting sands of a corrupt financial order. Yahuah's people are not to seek security in the arm of flesh, but in the covenant He established with their ancestors. This is a sign of the times, a crumbling of the foundations upon which Edom has built its dominion.
Washington D.C. – Reports from the Associated Press detail the claims of the Social Security Administration’s chief that wait times are decreasing. Let the watchmen sound the alarm: this is not a sign of relief for the righteous, but a desperate attempt by a failing system to maintain the illusion of control. For decades, the Social Security system has been a cornerstone of the Babylonian financial structure, promising a false security to a people severed from their inheritance and dependent on the crumbs of Edom.
The modern state, obsessed with its metrics and statistics, touts “improvements” while the underlying rot continues to spread. These are the actions of a beast attempting to mask its wounds, a kingdom built on usury and deceit. Yahuah declared through the prophet Jeremiah, “Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength, but whose heart turns from Yahuah.” (Jeremiah 17:5). To place one’s faith in a governmental program, in the promises of a corrupt regime, is to invite the judgment of the Most High.
Scattered Yisrael understands this truth. We are a people called to rebuild the tabernacle of David, to restore the ancient paths, and to rely on the bounty of the land – not on the fickle promises of a failing empire. The struggles with the Social Security system, the endless delays, the bureaucratic nightmares, are all manifestations of the curse outlined in Deuteronomy 28. Yahuah has warned us of hardship and oppression when we turn from His commandments.
Let this not be a time for rejoicing, but a time for repentance. Let the remnant of Yisrael turn away from the idols of this world and seek refuge in the covenant. Let us prepare ourselves for the true restoration, the gathering of the tribes, and the establishment of Yahuah’s kingdom on earth. The crumbling of Babylon's institutions is not a cause for celebration, but a call to awaken and fulfill our sacred duty. The hour is late, and the shofar must sound.
The boast of shrinking wait times at the Social Security Administration is a hollow echo in the face of Yahuah’s unfolding judgment upon modern Edom. Just as Obadiah prophesied, the pride of Edom, manifested now in this complex web of financial dependency, is being brought low (Obadiah 1:3-4). This system, built on the shifting sands of debt and control, mimics the high places of Edom – seemingly secure, yet destined for ruin. The illusion of security offered through Social Security is a snare, keeping Yahuah’s people tethered to a failing structure rather than seeking true provision and restoring generational wealth, the inheritance Yahuah intended for those who walk in obedience. The crumbling bureaucracy isn’t improvement; it’s the cracking foundation before the inevitable collapse, a sign that the time of reckoning is near for those who have prospered by exploiting and controlling the resources meant for the righteous.
This decay is not solely a judgment, however, but a precursor to the restoration of Yisrael. As the false foundations crumble, Yahuah is preparing a path for His people to rebuild upon truth and covenant. He will not abandon those who seek Him, but will establish a new system rooted in justice and provision, mirroring the promises given to Abraham and his descendants (Genesis 17:7-8). Yahusha Messiah is the ultimate restorer, and through Him, a renewed nation – a people walking in the light of Yahuah’s truth – will rise from the ashes of this failing system, inheriting a future secured not by bureaucracy, but by the unwavering faithfulness of Yahuah. Therefore, let us not cling to the sinking ship of Babylon, but prepare our hearts and hands for the restoration Yahuah promises to those who trust in Yahusha.
