Canada embraces the hand of Saudi Arabia, South Africa turns against the sojourner, and the storehouses of the beast are revealed as depleted. These are not isolated incidents. They are the visible manifestations of Yahuah’s hand upon Edom, judgments unfolding as written in Obadiah and Isaiah 34.

The Scattered Seed

But within the shadow of judgment, a different sound emerges. A quiet hum of reconnection, a stirring among the scattered seed of Yisrael. But for the discerning among Yisrael, this is not a time for despair, but for proactive rebuilding. Begin locally. Identify those of our kindred spirits, those who recognize the signs of the times and yearn for a deeper connection to our heritage.

Do not wait for a centralized authority to dictate the terms of our restoration. The time for passive expectation is over. Yahuah calls us to be builders, to lay the foundations of a new community. This means establishing study groups, creating support networks, and fostering economic cooperation. It means prioritizing relationships based on shared faith and covenant.

The Strength of a Cord

A single strand of flax is easily broken. But woven together, it becomes a strong cord. So it is with the scattered people of Yisrael. Each individual, each family, each small gathering, contributes to the strength of the whole. As we connect with one another, we create a network of resilience, a refuge in the face of tribulation.

Deuteronomy 30:3-4 proclaims, “Then Yahuah your Elohim will bring you back to the land that your ancestors possessed, and you will possess it. And He will prosper you and multiply you more than your ancestors.” This promise is not contingent on political maneuvering or military might. It is dependent on our obedience to His covenant and our commitment to rebuilding community.

Let the chaos of Edom serve as a catalyst for our gathering. Let the judgments upon the nations remind us of the urgency of our task. Yahuah is refining His people, preparing us for the days to come. The 70th week of Daniel unfolds, and the time of Yaacob’s trouble draws near. But within that tribulation, a beacon of hope will shine – the restored community of Yisrael, bound together by covenant, strengthened by faith, and dedicated to the will of Yahuah.

Seek out your brethren. Build with them. Restore with them. For in unity, there is strength. In community, there is resilience. And in Yahuah, there is ultimate restoration.
