This is The Shofar Wire — Midday Edition. Sound the alarm. Report the truth. Here is the Watchman Report. The stones are gathering, Yisrael. Not for rebuilding Zion, not for a return to covenant life, but for a new tower. A tower not reaching toward repentance, but built on the shifting sands of a lawless age. We see the bones assembling, the framework of a beast system rising before our very eyes, echoing the ancient defiance of Babel. Yeshayahu spoke of a time when nations would conspire, seeking to cast off the yoke of Yahuah, and that time is upon us. Consider the spectacle unfolding within the halls of international power. These gatherings, these pronouncements of “global governance,” are not the work of peacemakers, but the machinations of those who would usurp the authority of the Most High. They speak of unity, of a shared future, but their vision is one of conformity, of a world where every nation is bent to the will of a single, controlling power. This is not progress, Yisrael. This is the re-emergence of Babylon. Remember the boast in Yeshayahu 14? “I will ascend to heaven; I will raise my throne above the stars of God.” That same spirit of rebellion, that same arrogance, animates these halls, these committees, these declarations. They offer solutions to the world’s problems, but their solutions are rooted in a rejection of Yahuah’s covenant and a denial of His sovereignty. And within this structure, within this carefully crafted illusion of progress, the crimson stain of Edom deepens. Their hand is visible in the policies that are forged, in the resolutions that are passed, in the narratives that are promoted. They consistently turn a blind eye to their own wickedness, to the suffering they inflict, while simultaneously singling out Yisrael for condemnation. Obadiah declared judgment upon Edom for their pride, for their cruelty, for their relentless hostility toward Yisrael. That judgment is not a future promise, it is a present reality, manifesting in the very foundations of this new Babylonian empire. But even as the tower rises, even as the shadows lengthen, there is a stirring amongst scattered Yisrael. A remembering. A return to the ancient boundaries. We see it in the growing awareness of qodesh dietary laws, in the renewed commitment to Kashrut. Devarim 14 speaks clearly: these laws are not mere traditions, they are a boundary, a protective wall separating Yisrael from the defilement of the nations. In a time of increasing Edomite influence, in a world saturated with corruption, maintaining these boundaries is not simply a matter of obedience, it is a matter of survival. This is not isolationism, Yisrael. This is preservation. This is a recognition that true strength lies not in assimilation, but in maintaining the integrity of the covenant. It is a reclaiming of our identity, a refusal to be absorbed into the amorphous mass of a lawless world. It is an act of defiance against the forces that seek to erase our heritage and silence our voice. And beyond the boundaries, beyond the walls, we see something else stirring. A garden awakening. Yeshayahu 27 speaks of a time when Yisrael’s scattered seeds will blossom, when the wilderness will be transformed into a fertile land. We witness this in the burgeoning of communal gardens, in the resurgence of ancestral skills, in the growing desire to connect with our roots. These are not merely nostalgic pursuits, they are acts of restoration, acts of faith, acts of preparation for the days to come. These gardens, both literal and spiritual, are a testament to the enduring power of Yahuah’s promise. They are a symbol of hope in a world shrouded in darkness. They are a reminder that even in the midst of judgment, even in the shadow of the tower, life can flourish, and the covenant can endure. The watchman sees the patterns repeating. The rebuilding of Babylon, the expansion of Edom’s dominion, the awakening of Yisrael’s garden. These are not isolated events, they are interconnected signs, pointing toward the culmination of the age. The day of Yahuah draws near. Let us be vigilant. Let us be steadfast. Let us be prepared.
