This is The Shofar Wire — Morning Edition. Sound the alarm. Report the truth. Here is the Judgment on Edom Report.
The stench rises, friends. A putrid odor clinging to the nostrils of Yahuah. For generations, this people—Edom—has woven itself into the fabric of nations, a shadow influence, profiting from the suffering of Yisrael, defying the clear decrees of the Most High. And now, the scarlet thread of their deception unravels. The world is beginning to behold the corruption at its core, though they will not name it for what it is. They will offer excuses, justifications, speak of ‘complexities’ where there is only simple, righteous judgment.
We see it in the echoes of past betrayals. The report from Entebbe, a stain upon the conscience of those who claim kinship with Yisrael. A prioritization of political expediency over the lives of the righteous, a turning away from those held captive. This isn't an isolated incident. It *is* the spirit of Edom, valuing self-preservation above all else. They offer hollow gestures, empty pronouncements of support, while ignoring the blood spilled on their hands. Yahuah remembers the violence, friends. He will repay, as it is written – Obadiah declares it – their violence will return upon their own heads.
And the alliances… the alliances forged in deceit. Look to Canada, seeking favor with Saudi Arabia, defying the judgments pronounced upon those who harbor enmity toward Yisrael. A nation that once spoke of principles now bows to the altar of self-interest. South Africa follows suit, turning against the sojourner within its borders, displaying the same heart of rejection. These are not partnerships built on righteousness, but on the shifting sands of self-interest, monuments to a spiritual poverty that will be laid bare. Yirmeyahu spoke of this—Jeremiah 49—a people whose arrogance will be their downfall, whose boasts will be silenced by the hand of Yahuah. They think they can negotiate with darkness, appease the wicked, and remain untouched. They are fools.
This isn’t merely political maneuvering, though. It's a symptom of a deeper rot. The reports speak of depleted storehouses, of weakness exposed. Not just physical stores, but spiritual ones. The foundations are crumbling, the wealth accumulated through injustice is proving insufficient. This is not a sudden downturn, but the inevitable consequence of a system built on broken covenants and stolen inheritance. Edom has grown fat on the spoils of Yisrael’s scattering, believing its power is absolute. But Yahuah is revealing their emptiness.
Consider the ancient rivalry, the echoes of Yeshayahu 13:17-18. The conflict simmering between Edom – manifesting now as the unipolar Western order – and Persia. These are not merely geopolitical struggles, but prophetic markers. The tightening grip on strategic waterways, the accusations of aggression, the escalating tensions… these are the birth pangs of a judgment long foretold. It is a distraction, of course. A manufactured conflict designed to divert attention from the true issue: the scattering of Yisrael and the broken covenant. Yirmeyahu warned of this – Yirmeyahu 49 – how Edom would be broken and scattered, their pride shattered.
And what of the financial control? Mal’aki 3:6-7 rings true today. The consolidation of power within the Federal Reserve, the reports of insider profiting from rigged systems… this is Edom’s tightening grip on global finances, a clear sign of the judgment upon a system built on usury and deceit. They believe they can manipulate the markets, control the flow of wealth, and remain unaccountable. They are wrong. Yahuah sees the corruption, the exploitation, the deliberate impoverishment of His people.
But amidst the darkness, a flicker of awakening. Scattered Yisrael, the remnant of Yaaqob’s seed dispersed through the ships of captivity, is stirring. Though still in exile, still largely ignored amidst Edom’s conflicts and manipulations—Devarim 28:68—the call to return is growing louder. It is a slow awakening, a painful process of remembering, but it is happening. This is not a return to the political construct falsely labeled “Israel,” but a regathering of the tribes, a reclaiming of covenant identity.
The watchman sees the patterns, the alignment of events with the ancient prophecies. The manufactured conflicts, the systemic corruption, the financial control… all point to a single conclusion: Edom’s judgment is upon us. This is not a moment for despair, but for preparation. For those who have ears to hear, let them hear the call to repentance, to return to the covenant, to stand with Yahuah in the face of overwhelming darkness.
