And the signs, as always, are upon us for those who have eyes to see. For generations, the land once known as Persia – now Iran – has been a simmering threat. A shadow lengthening across the ancient paths. But it is more than just a regional power play, more than a thirst for dominance. Yahuah revealed through Yechezkel the nations that would gather in the latter days, those who would rise against His people. “Gomer, and all the house of Togarmah, of the north quarters, and all Chitim, and all Persia…” (Yechezkel 38:6). The words echo across the centuries, and the names are aligning on the map before our eyes. This isn’t a matter of geopolitical analysis, but of prophetic fulfillment. Persia’s ambition, its relentless pursuit of power – even the whispers of nuclear capability – these are not isolated decisions. They are declarations of intent, a preparation for the role Yahuah has assigned them. A role not of triumph, but of judgment. The bow of Persia is being bent, the arrow nocked, and the target, whether they acknowledge it or not, is the covenant remnant, scattered Yisrael, the inheritors of the promises. And observe the shifting sands of alliances. These are not born of logic, not forged in the fires of peace. They are orchestrated by the hand of Yahuah, aligning nations for a final, decisive confrontation. Persia strengthens its ties with those to the north and east – the very nations Yechezkel named. This is not coincidence, it is the tightening of the cord, the drawing back of the arrow. But while the world focuses on the geopolitical implications, we must see the deeper current. The enduring animosity, the ancient hatred. It’s a thread that runs through Obadiah’s condemnation of Edom, a scarlet thread woven into the fabric of global systems. Edom’s descendants, through the empires of Rome and beyond, have always sought to diminish Yisrael, to erase the covenant, to claim what was never theirs. And this spirit of Edom lives on, fueling the ambitions of those who gather against Yahuah’s people. This isn’t about a simple land dispute. It’s about a spiritual battle, a clash of covenants. Yahuah made promises to Avraham, Yitzchak, and Yaacob, promises of blessing and inheritance. And Edom, and all its modern iterations, seek to nullify those promises, to usurp the birthright. The weight of that promise, brothers and sisters, is pressing upon scattered Yisrael, awakening a growing awareness of their identity, of their enduring connection to the land and to Yahuah. We see it in the quiet movements, in the yearning for a righteous separation. A reclaiming of economic systems, a turning away from the Babylonian structures that have held Yisrael captive for generations. Yeshayahu spoke of this, of Yisrael being delivered from the hand of the Babylonians, not through military might, but through a restoration of covenant faithfulness (Yeshayahu 47:6). It is a slow, deliberate process, a dismantling of the old and a building of the new, but it is happening. This is not a call to arms, but a call to watchfulness. To discern the signs, to understand the patterns, to recognize the hand of Yahuah at work. The world will offer explanations rooted in politics and economics, but we know the truth. These are the birth pangs of a new era, the prelude to the great and terrible day of Yahuah. Do not be deceived by manufactured narratives, by stage props designed to misdirect your gaze. The temple preparations, the red heifer programs – these are distractions, attempts by the Edomite system to control the narrative, to dictate the terms of the restoration. Yahuah will restore Yisrael in His own time, in His own way. He needs no assistance from the hands of those who oppose Him. The time is at hand. The watchman has sounded the alarm.
